The staff the management to the Sweet ladies that clean the room those ladies are phenomenal I mean they are wonderful the ladies that do the breakfast they are amazing I can never thank the staff for such a wonderful stay man they made you feel like family thank you so much and I will return this was the first time I was supposed to stay one night ended up staying for nights it was amazing I will be back

Super helpful staff. Fridge did not work so they repaired it when I was out. Next morning I realized that they had swapped it, not repaired it and my freezer bags were not swapped. staff searched all possible nearby refrigerators and recovered my freezer bags. Love this place.

The bed was very comfortable, but I only stay 1 night, my daughter was having surgery so I was with her the rest of the stay, while my husband and son stayed in the hotel

This ended up being the wrong hotel I had thought. There were two hotels named the same and they were not affiliated with each other, location was across town. It was a bit frustrating. I had stayed at the other hotel before and liked it, but when I got there, they did not have my reservation. I found that I had booked the other hotel. They said it happened often and encouraged me to cancel and stay there, but couldn’t match my nice rate. I asked how the other one was and one lady said it was older and most people chose to come back to them. Ugh, I didn’t know what to do and didn’t want to spend more money, so I decided to check out the other hotel. I’m glad I did! I was met with a calming, cheerful smile, asking if I was…..my name. I said yes! Feeling at ease. She totally understood my predicament and let me see my room and another room with a jacuzzi, since the pool was closed due to the bursted pipes in the bathroom from the freeze days before. The room was great! Bigger, very clean, nothing old like they warned, unless the fact the didn’t have charging ports, plenty of plugs though! The outside walkway was the only thing that seemed old and could use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s just well used from people liking to stay here, I’ll be back! Plus breakfast was great too!
